We absolutely love our FlexPatio, we have the 10x13 which fit perfectly on our deck. Took alittle while to get it, but the team was very supportive and always communicated with us during the process. Plan to add the other two sides eventually - additional screens, but not in a big hurry. Would like to see a rain shield of some type be added to the selection of side panels as an addon. Thanks FlexPatio! Even our dog loves it and sits out and enjoys the day without the sun beating down on him.
I added the sliding glass doors and curtains to my pergola, and they've made such a big difference during the hot summer days. They keep the space much more comfortable, and I love being able to adjust the shade whenever I need to. The curtains glide so smoothly on the track, too. I'm really happy with the whole setup!
Super impressed with the Faux wood slates. Made from aluminum and painted like wood. Very cool looking and really looks like wood but should last for years.
Bought this 10x10 to provide shade for the brutal sun hitting my back deck. The manual shades make a drastic difference and shortly after I purchased the slat wall with tv mount became available. Loving this space and almost everything was easy to assemble and contacting support and sales was quick and responsive. I was nervous purchasing an especially after our neighborhood was hit with a tornado but this has already withheld strong winds from severe weather. If I were to buy again the only thing I’d change would be buying the motorized screens.

It came out better that I expected, had some missing pieces initially but was quickly resolved, wish the LED lights were a little bit brighter, remote came with no instructions had to figure it out on my own, but overall the backyard is now the family’s favorite location, have gotten many compliments from neighbors, summer days and nights have just gotten 100 times better
Ordering and delivery was exceptional. The guys I hired to put it together were very impressed with the quality and directions. They were saying that they were going to look into buying them for themselves and recommend them to their customers. The screens give more shade than I had even hoped for, and the LED lights and power station being included was a bonus! So far- very happy with my decision!
So far, I've had an excellent experience with flex patio delivery in shipping was prompt and also it was very very professionally. I have the pro series love. It would highly recommend it. I'm planning on ordering the glass side walls as soon as possible to enclose it and some shades again. I can't say enough about this unit. It is sturdy, it's clean, it's neat looking. And most of all, it is very, very gorgeous..
Our purchase of your louvered panels worked perfectly! We used them with a wood frame to create a privacy screen on our back patio. The panels are beautifully crafted, sturdy, and worked perfectly for our project. This was exactly what we were looking for, and we’re very pleased with the final result.

The glass doors looks great. For my pergola build, I purchased the 13 x 20 size and wanted to have one side versatile enough to completely "close off" as if I had a 13 x 10 room. To do all this, I did have to customize the build, but after everything came together, it was nice! For my side walls, I used the glass doors and Powered Roller Shades.
My wife and I love the pergola. Set up was not too bad. We had 3 people. It did take us about 8ish hours to put up the pergola itself not including the attachments. Underneath stayed dry during some rain. The lights are great, I only wish that it had a warm light setting, but to me, it not enough to take anything away from the review. I do have this on my deck. Everyone has loved it

We put up our pergola here in coastal North Carolina. It completely changed how we use our backyard. We finally have a nice shaded spot to relax and enjoy the view. The best part is not having to cover the furniture or bring in the cushions every time it rains. My husband, who's in his 60s, built it mostly by himself and said the instructions were easy to follow. We added a strip of weather seal where it meets the wall and that stopped a little bit of dripping. It looks amazing, feels super sturdy, and everyone who visits loves it. We've already told a bunch of friends about it.

We love our new FlexPatio pergola by the lake. It looks amazing and makes our patio so much more fun. We can hang out, play, even dance outside without worrying about the rain. The motorized features are so convenient. I can open or close the louvers, lights and shades with a remote, and it even has outlets so I can charge my phone. For the price, nothing else really compares. The warranty and trial gave us peace of mind.

Very good product. I watched the install videos a few times before we got started, and the setup went smoothly. My son and son-in-law helped out. We got most of it done in one afternoon. All the parts were labeled clearly. The roof louvers took the longest, but everything else was pretty straightforward. At first, the motorized shades weren’t responding, but customer support got back to us right away and sent over a troubleshooting video. After all we got it done the same day.
I was super excited to be invited as one of the first FlexPatio beta users. After a hurricane last year destroyed our old patio cover, we hadn't installed anything new until I found this. I ordered the 10x13 model with 6-inch posts, and it arrived 11 days later. Since I wanted to run the electrical wiring underground, I hired a local contractor for the installation. They had it fully assembled in just 5 hours. For me it didn't seem too hard to DIY either. The only thing that took a bit of time was getting the motorized shades paired with the remote correctly. My kids and I love how the pergola turned out.
The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was very patient, we talked for over 20 minutes, and I also received a bunch of helpful follow-up emails from their team. They offer a 100-day trial, full refund if you're not satisfied, which gave me the confidence to place the order. Once it arrived, I knew right away I wouldn't be sending it back. Shipping was quick since the warehouse is local in PA. Came in 9 boxes, all in perfect shape. They recommended an installer they work with here in PA, which saved me a lot of hassle (and money). Now I spend nearly every evening under the pergola. There's a built-in outlet where I plug in our mosquito repellent. Once the heater is restock, I'll definitely be adding it to the setup. Very happy with it.

Installation went well and the product is top notch. The owner of the company was here and indicated that they would be sending me a replacement for my electronics and that did not come with the order.
The two installers worked quickly, made sure all the louvers worked correctly, and removed all labels.

We've had our FlexPatio pergola for a little while now and it's been fantastic! I got the projector screen for my husband so he could catch the World Cup outside, and now our patio feels like our own little outdoor theater. The whole setup is beautiful and we've been enjoying it almost every night. Highly recommend!

Great pergoL now that it is up. The pergola and privacy screens did not ship together. And, it took some time for the screens to arrive. But, they did give me a heater free of charge for the inconvenience. The pergola is a beautiful addition to my deck.
